Featuring a Gothic Arch Timber frame design, the house showcases curved lines that are reflected in the windows and custom front door. Intended as a tranquil escape from city life, the home is adorned with luxurious finishes and modern amenities.

At the base of Ryder Ridge, a 13-foot tall rock wall serves as the foundation, providing access to the beach via a winding private pathway. This pathway can be traversed on foot or by golf cart, ensuring easy access to the beach for all.
