The Birchgrove was meticulously planned and built as a LEED-certified single-family home located within the Wingcreek Residences. Drawing inspiration from the Arts and Crafts Movement of the early 20th century, the design showcases timber elements influenced by Greene and Greene designs.

With refined and sophisticated finishes, the residence exudes a luxurious and inviting ambiance. The contemporary open-floor concept optimizes living space and incorporates a shed roof skylight to enhance the influx of natural light into the area.
